Terms of Work
Once all parties have agreed on the required solution or product Forge Works will complete the tasks required within the agreed deadlines and budget.
Where work will be conducted over an extended period of time incremental payments will be made by the client on production of proof of progress. Unless an hourly rate is agreed upon by all parties then the hourly rate totaled will be paid at the end of an agreed period.
In respect to products or commissioned work undertaken by Forge Works the final solution or product will be delivered or provided via agreed between parties once all payments are made and funds are cleared.
